Are you a talented educator with a passion for Special Educational Needs (SEN)? Prestige Teaching agency is currently seeking a dedicated DSP Lead Teacher for a prominent Primary School SEN Unit in Greenwich.

Our esteemed client, a leading Primary School SEN Unit in Greenwich, is committed to providing outstanding educational opportunities for children with Special Educational Needs. They are looking to appoint a DSP Lead Teacher who can drive innovation and empower students to reach their full potential.

The Role:

As a DSP Lead Teacher, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the educational experience for students with SEN. Your responsibilities will include:

Designing and delivering tailored lessons to meet the diverse needs of SEN students

Collaborating closely with the SEN team to create Individual Education Plans (IEPs)

Cultivating strong relationships with students, parents, and fellow staff members

Monitoring and assessing student progress and adjusting teaching strategies accordingly

Inspiring a passion for learning and nurturing confidence in every child

Requirements:

The ideal candidate for this role will possess:

Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) and a solid background in SEN education

Exceptional leadership and teamwork skills

In-depth knowledge of SEN and various teaching methodologies

Creativity and adaptability to cater to diverse learning styles

Excellent communication and organizational abilities
