📚 Your Responsibilities: As a 1:1 SEN Teaching Assistant, you will play a crucial role in providing support to students with SEN. Your responsibilities will include:

Working with a student in the reception class in the morning
Supporting a SEN student in a Year 1 class
Providing one-on-one assistance to meet individual learning needs
Creating an inclusive and nurturing learning environment
Collaborating with the classroom teacher and SEN coordinator
Ensuring the safety and well-being of the students in your care
👩‍🏫 Your Qualifications: To be considered for this role, you should possess the following qualifications and experience:

SEN experience is essential
A valid DBS certificate
A caring and patient demeanor
A genuine commitment to the success and well-being of students with SEN
